We ship worldwide to most countries. Please read our important shipping notices below: 

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours the item will be sent to production and we'll make the item. At that point, it cannot be cancelled. 

Shipping Cost

• USA
  - Standard Shipping with Tracking number: $4.95 USD
  - Free Shipping for Orders Over $75 USD
• International Shipping
  - International Shipping & Handling with Tracking Number: $5.95
  - Free Shipping for Orders Over $100 USD 

Standard Shipping

• Standard shipping is delivered via USPS in the United States (your local carrier will be used outside of the USA).
• Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.

Express Shipping

• Not available with all products.
• Available in the USA, Canada, Australia and most of Europe. Not available for all countries.
• Does not qualify for use with any Free Shipping Coupon Codes.
• If you are ordering items that are not available for express shipping but also products that do qualify, please contact us and we can upgrade the qualifying products to express shipping.
• Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.

Delivery Times

On average it takes us 5 to 8 business days to print and hand stitch your order before we ship it out. There may be some delay during the holidays. Otherwise, you can expect the following ship times:

Standard Shipping Times:

• US orders take between 7-15 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.
• CA/UK/AUS/NZ: 10-21 business days
• Worldwide orders take 14-30 business days to be delivered. Please note in some European countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.
